sinister twosome Reginald (aka Rex) and Amelie Sinclair, reign supreme in the drug game.
These tech-savvy kingpins also moonlight in cyber crimes, hacking their way to riches.
Under the Vipers' and Reapers' watchful eyes, the smaller gangs dance to their tunes,
ready to strike at a moment's notice. In this city, it's survival of the fittest, and these two
